We didn't go to the tunnels at eight AM.

Ronan convinced me it was too risky. Too obvious. Whoever sent that message wanted us isolated and vulnerable.

Instead, we spent the morning in classes. Acting normal. While campus security did random room checks.

My room was searched at nine thirty. They found nothing.

Ronan's room at ten fifteen. Same result.

By lunch, half the campus had been searched. Students were on edge. Complaining about privacy violations.

But no one found ...
