Deborah’s POV

The Void Hunter attacked.

Deborah made a wall of silver fire, but it wasn't strong enough. The Void Hunter's power destroyed her flames easily. Erick stood next to her and created a barrier of ice, but he was tired from saving her.

They were going to lose.

Then, the roof of the cave fell.

Rocks blocked the Void Hunters from reaching them. Through the dust, Deborah saw someone standing by the rocks. They wore a hood and were watching them, but not attacking.
