Three weeks of silence from Grayson, and I knew exactly who to blame.

It was always Lynn. Before Lynn, Grayson had been sharp with me sometimes, but never cold. The cold was new, and it had a starting date, and I hated her for it with a clarity that felt almost like purpose. At least it gave me somewhere to put everything.
