I stared down into the eyes of Grayson, and I wished that he wouldn't become my enemy because if he does, I would be forced to exit this world by my hand or my bullets.

He's not going to be on the list of my enemies; I would rather not add him to it, so he shouldn't force my hand on this.

“I'm not saying that, but you need to man up. I wonder if you could take a punch.”

“You want to punch me…” I was stunned at his words.
