Rhysand’s POV

I wondered why she wanted me to sit down and eat with her. Why is she trying to be calm in the middle of this chaos? She knows that I don’t have an appetite for a meal yet she wants me to sit with her and go over this meal like I even wanted it.

I don’t want to eat with you but if you don’t eat, you wouldn’t have the strength to move around by sunrise.
