“Can we just forget about all this and sleep? We can talk about this in the morning.” Akira stuttered as she lay on the bed and pretended to be asleep in order not to speak to Grayson as intended.

“I have this feeling that she doesn't want to tell me what happened because she was chased by Rhett. She knows she's better off with me than on the streets.” Grayson muttered to himself as he watched her fake her slumber until it became real.
