The moment we stepped through the villa doors, Mia's voice cut through the entrance hall like a blade.

"Do you have any idea what time it is?" She stood at the base of the grand staircase, arms crossed, her expression thunderous. "Running around the city at night like some common rogue. Is this how you were raised?"
