Grandma’s breathing started to sound strange, it came out as quick and shallow gasps that made my heart race. 

At first, I thought she was just shaken, but then her hand went to her chest, and her knees gave out a little.

“Grandma!” I caught her before she hit the ground. Her skin felt clammy, and she was trembling all over.

“I’m fine,” she whispered, forcing a small smile, but I could tell she was struggling just to stay upright.
