By the time I arrived at the bridal boutique the next morning, Sheila, Leanne, and Sophie were already waiting for me.

Sheila spotted me first and immediately smiled.

“There you are.”

“Sorry. Am I late?”

“She’s been saying that for the last ten minutes.”
