I didn’t sleep restfully that night. She was back, in my arms, in my bed, and I kept on waking up. I had to make certain that she was real. Or that she hadn’t snuck off in the middle of the night. I knew that she was upset with me over the room thing, but after the vampire incident, she hadn’t talked at all about having her own space.
