Why was Gavin doing this for me?

He didn’t have to sit here and block me so I could cry. Each tear that fell left my body feeling lighter than I had since the morning started.

My father was such an *ss, along with his guardia he sent to spy on me. Between him and Alex, I felt like I was falling into a pit I wouldn’t be able to climb back out of.
