She wound up taking a nap in Finlay’s bed from about one thirty until he woke her up at four.

Finlay had left her there to do a final sweep over his territory, apprise his Beta of the situation with Zack and her father, and then he’d loaded his duffel and some waters into the back of his Bronco with her things and they’d been ready to go.
