“Amelia, talk to me. What happened? Are you alright?” her voice cracked with concern.

Tears slid down my face as I tried telling her what happened. And she quickly drew closer to me, her arms around my shoulder.

With the back of my hand, I wiped my tears. “It's Cole” I responded.

Her back straightened up and a worried look creased her face. “Cole? Oh my god! Is he alright? Did anything happen to him?”
