Rosette’s POV

After learning how to shift back to my human form, I am given a blanket to cover up with. Clutching it to my lithe frame, I shuffle into the side of Gramps, not sure if my mate, the king, wants me near him at the moment. At least, I thought that until I feel my body being picked up from behind. I look up and see Thaddeus’ face above me, a soft smile on his alabaster face and affection seeping through his crimson orbs.
