I beat Daniel to the penthouse. George drives me there in silence, his eyes flicking to the rearview mirror every few seconds. He knows. Everyone knows.

"Ms. Hart." He finally speaks as we pull up. "Whatever the news says…"

"Thank you, George." I get out before he can finish.
