"Already done. Watch your back"

The hands release. The scarf stays over my eyes for one more second. Then it's ripped away.

I spin around.

The bathroom is empty.

The door swings shut with a whisper.

I stand frozen. The scarf pools at my feet.

My hands are shaking. I grab the edge of the sink. My reflection stares back at me in the mirror. Pale. Wide-eyed. Terrified.
