Can't stop once I start. The canvas demands everything. All the emotions I've been holding. All the fear and hope and confusion.

I paint our story.

The before: warm colors, soft edges, two figures close together. The early days when everything felt possible.

The during: the colors fade. The figures drift apart. One reaches. One turns away. The space between them grows.

The break: harsh lines. Dark colors. One figure alone. Small. Almost invisible.
