Why did I have to say it like that?

Oh my God!

I banged the door behind me and jumped on my bed as I screamed into it.

I turned facing the ceiling of the room as my eyes traced the lines. I was counting the number of patterns that covered them as a means of escaping the rowdy thoughts in my mind.
