When Lily said yes I felt relief and joy wash over me so strongly I could barely stand.

I slipped the ring onto her finger with shaking hands and it fit perfectly.

"It's beautiful." Lily stared at the blue sapphire with tears streaming down her face. "Alexander, this is the most perfect ring I've ever seen."
