Chad's POV

I go with a beating heart as the waiter takes me to the private booth section of the restaurant. I don't know exactly what to expect, neither do I know whether they are actually there or not. However, I feel scared of what I might find out if I let myself actually go.

I check myself and find out I have enough money on me to pay for it, no matter how exorbitant it is. It doesn't matter though, because that's not the point. I need to make sure he's not able to do anything with her ...
