Two weeks have passed and everything seems to have settled back to normal. Michael started school in the countryside and I took a job at an old inn where I'm working as a waitress.

Everything seems to be normal. Although my life isn't exactly top-notch or won't get the five-star rates, I definitely have the peace of mind that I need.

Somehow, I managed to push Nico to the back of my mind and my life back in Little Italy and Los Angeles. There's no need to think of them ...
