Chapter 36: Across the Line

Holly Adams POV:

Raf and I sat in one of his fancier restaurants, surrounded by people in equally fancy evening wear. Even the wait staff wore suits, but that just made them look like pallbearers instead of people who should be handling food.

Every other visit to a place like this would have had me mental banging my head against a brick wall, but this time was different for two reasons.
