“A–Alexander?” I stutter as I bring my hands forward.

His eyes drop from my face to his table, then he flicks a brow, and I know he’s caught me. I clench my fists together, lips parting to say something, but I’m short of words.

“I didn’t take you for a nosy person…” He mutters, walking toward me.
