Melissa’s POV (Scarlette)

“Abigail, you’ve not met my sister…” My older sister’s voice floats to my ears over the chattering crowd in this church. Service ended a couple of minutes ago. I lift my eyes from my phone and meet Brianna’s thrilled gaze as she approaches me, where I’m still sitting. She clings to Xander’s gorgeous mother’s arm and brings her toward me.

Sighing, I put my phone away and keep my eyes locked on hers.
