The past few days had probably been the best of my life.

Calm before the storm.

I’d never been a person who enjoyed prolonged touch. It usually made me uncomfortable, but I loved curling up against Wyatt. He made me feel warm and safe. There wasn’t anything like it. I slept so well, waking up wonderfully rested.
