“Good! You guys are here! I found something interesting,” Astrid greeted, not looking up at Wyatt and me as we walked into the library. There were multitudes of papers strewn across the table. Rowan was on the other side of her scribbling across a whiteboard.

“I’m all ears,” I replied, approaching Eva who sat at the table in front of them. She seemed perplexed as if she hadn’t completely processed anything yet.
