"Let's go into Dad's office," I say, exiting the elevator. But then, I mumble, "I don't trust myself."

Chandler follows me into Dad's office.

Dad slams his desk drawer with his left hand and grabs a bottle of water with his right. "Chandler, right?"

Chandler extends his hand. "Sir, thanks for the private donation to Mom's foundation--and thank your wife for her donation too."
