I don't have full memory of what exactly had gone down in my near-death dazed state but somehow, I knew that Silas had saved me.

It's weird actually.

My whole being just knows that he would never let anything bad happen to me. In a way, even while gripped with fear in those six hours, I knew that he would come for me.

When had I begun putting so much faith in him?
