In no time lunch is over.

“Thank Ma, these are really delicious.” I confess.

I kiss her forehead as I pack up all the dishes and head to the kitchen to wash them. I am old, just not old enough to not do the dishes in mom’s house. In the city, I don’t touch the plates. For every chore, there is a person to do it. Life is easy, but tough at the same time.
