I watched Ashley rush out of the field and I became suspicious.

My eyes followed her as she hurriedly grabbed her bag and ran off. My senses piqued immediately. I was curious. I waited until she had left, then I grabbed my bag and ran after her.

As I stepped out after her, the scent of damp earth filled my nostrils. My wolf kicked, making me more convinced that Ashley was up to something. I walked briskly among students as they walked in twos out of the field.
