We walked down the path through the green foliage as the wind blew through my hair, feeling heavenly on this warm day. Although it was still spring, summer was definitely around the corner. Soon, the path opened up to the great expanse of white sand. White-capped ocean waves lapped against the shore as seagulls chirped in the distance, beckoning to us.

“Wow!” I stopped and looked around, taking it all in. “I never grow tired of this.”
