Chapter 1 A Cup, Not Interested

When Su Meng received the internship message from the school, she excitedly rolled back and forth on the wooden bed in the attic.

The old wooden bed couldn't stand her torture and immediately made a creaking sound.

At the same time, aunty, who was downstairs, was also scolding Su Meng crossly.

Su Meng held her aunty's face and kissed her hard. Before her aunty could react, she picked up the two steamed buns on the table and ran out on her bicycle.

The midsummer sun was scorching. When Su Meng came to the Painting Studio near the school, her T-shirt was already soaked in sweat and stuck to Su Meng.

Su Meng quickly got into the Painting Studio and stood quietly under the air conditioner, enjoying the coolness brought by the air conditioner.

"Get lost."

Su Meng looked around for the source of the sound, only to find a boy at her feet.

[He's beautiful.]

Su Meng stared at his profile for about a minute. Her mind seemed to go blank. There were no words to describe his beauty, only the word "beautiful".

"Have you seen enough? If you have, get lost."

Su Meng felt a little guilty. She instinctively wanted to lower her head, but the boy's face came straight into her sight.

She was so flustered that she forgot to look away.

"I'm sorry. I'm sorry..."

Su Meng apologized to him in a panic, but she noticed the hideous scar on the back of the boy's head.

She quickly moved away, and a cold wind passed through the bottom of her skirt. The hem of her skirt fluttered, leaving her no chance to react in a hurry. When Su Meng wanted to press the hem of her skirt, she was hit hard on the butt.

Who used this sketch book to block her butt?

Su Meng was so scared that she couldn't speak. Subconsciously, she raised her hand to hit the person next to her.

She didn't expect that her raised hand would be pressed tightly against the wall by someone. She didn't expect the boy to be so tall. He pressed the sketch book on her butt and didn't intend to remove his hand.

"Get lost!"

He turned his head and roared at the two naughty children not far away. The two were so scared that they ran away, leaving behind the tool. It was a big cattail fan.

Su Meng was still considering whether to thank him or not, but the faint fragrance of lemon around her made her feel a little dizzy.

The boy glanced at Su Meng and said in a flat tone,

"A-cup, not interested."

"Rogue!"

Su Meng used all her strength to push him away. Her face turned red, and she turned to run away.

[Wait! As a teacher, I can't be such a pushover. If this boy spread it out, I will have no prestige in the future!]

Su Meng stopped, picked up a stack of sketch paper from the shelf, and covered her chest. She pretended to be calm, turned around, and scolded,

"Which class are you from?"

The boy looked up, and Su Meng couldn't tell whether he was in a good mood or not.

"Why should I tell you?"

"Because I'm a teacher of the No. 24 Middle School!"

Su Meng straightened her body to boost her courage.

The boy looked straight at Su Meng. When their eyes met, Su Meng seemed to have noticed that he was smiling.

"Well, see you tomorrow, Miss A Cup."

His insinuating words made Su Meng feel uncomfortable, and she subconsciously tightened her grip on the sketch on her chest.

[Ding! Ding! Ding! Ding!]

As the wind chime on the glass door rang and after confirming that the boy had left, Su Meng finally relaxed.

[Damn it. Why did I want to thank such a person just now?]

There was plastic rubber at the bottom of the shelf next to the air conditioner. When Su Meng squatted down to pick it out, the good smell of lemon lingered in her nose again.

Was it the smell of that boy?

Did she stand next to the boy just now?

Eh?

Su Meng instantly understood why the boy didn't raise his head just now. As long as he turned his head, he would be able to see everything under her dress!

Su Meng stopped breathing and suddenly got up, but her head hit the shelf hard, and the paintbrush poured down.

"Hey! Hey! Hey! You little girl!"

"Sorry. Sorry..."

Hearing her boss's criticism, Su Meng hurriedly bowed to apologize.

The brushes scattered all over the ground were either sika or cherry blossoms. Su Meng had only a few hundred yuan left in her pocket, so she couldn't afford it at all.

Fortunately, she told the boss that she used to be a student of No. 24 Middle School. In addition, she had to go to the training room for internship tomorrow. Only then did the boss wave his hand and motioned for her to tidy up the shelves.

"You and Jiang Ning were in the same grade?"

"Jiang Ning?"

The boss still wanted to say something, but was interrupted by the wind chime. He hurried forward to greet the new customer.

Su Meng couldn't care about anything else. She sorted out the shelves, gritted her teeth, and put the broken pens into the shopping basket. After paying the bill, she pushed the door open and left.

[Ding! Ding! Ding! Ding!]

The summer breeze was blowing the wind chime in the evening, but Su Meng stood by the bicycle in embarrassment.

Looking at her knee-length skirt, Su Meng really wanted to push herself into the crack of the wall when she thought of herself wearing a short skirt and riding a bicycle to buy drawing materials.

She must have been out of her mind to do this!

No one might have seen it under the scorching sun at noon, but now it was the end of school in the training room. There were pedestrians coming one after another. What was more, she had to give them lessons tomorrow.

After pondering, Su Meng came up with a good idea. She stuck the hem of her skirt to her legs with a transparent tape and wrapped it around her twice.

No matter how hard the summer breeze blew, it could not blow the hem of her skirt.

In the corner, Su Meng admired her "masterpiece" with satisfaction. In the cool breeze of the summer evening, she leisurely rode on the road.

When she passed by the lake, there seemed to be two flashes of light passing by Su Meng.

When she came to her senses, she only thought that it was the reflection of the water surface, but she didn't know that the person under the shade of the trees had already taken the photo of her figure.

A motorcycle sped past and stopped next to the man. It faced the cool summer breeze, causing waves of dust to rise.

"You came at the right time, Mr. Jiang. Look!"

Jiang Ning took off his helmet unhurriedly, tilted his head, and glanced at the works of He Yuan.

One was a young girl riding on a bicycle under the scorching sun. No matter how the summer wind blew her skirt, she didn't care at all. Her face was full of vitality and enthusiasm.

The other was a young girl in the evening. She tied the hem of her skirt and rode forward obsequiously. Under the sparkling water, she was also extremely beautiful.

They were indeed awesome.

When Jiang Ning saw the girl's face, his eyes turned cold.

He Yuan didn't notice that Jiang Ning's expression. He was still introducing his works and showing off.

"Well, Mr. Jiang, you've been impressed by my works, haven't you? If I participate in the competition with this set of works, I'll at least win the first prize!"

He Yuan nudged Jiang Ning, indicating for him to respond.

"Don't be silent, Mr. Jiang. I haven't decided on the name yet. Why don't you think of one for me?"

Jiang Ning looked away and quickly put on his helmet.

"Delete them."

There was no room for negotiation in his tone.

"Delete them? What's that name?"

"No way, Mr. Jiang. My works... Hey! Mr. Jiang!"
