Chapter 1

After a dull and uninspiring lovemaking session, I let out a soft moan and pretended to be satisfied as I hugged my husband.

Panting, he kissed me with a hint of apology. "I'm sorry, honey. It was a bit quick this time."

I placated my husband, eager for him to fall asleep so I could go to the bathroom and take care of myself.
